Registration

Registration is pre-requisite for all attendees. Registration can be made through online www.ampicon2010.com or by enclosing a demand draft along with the details in the registration cum accommodation form to the conference secretariat.

Notes:
  1. Members of AMPI Board of Trustees, members of AMPI Executive Committee, Editor-in-Chief, Associate Editors and members of the Editorial Board of Journal of Medical Physics will be provided registration fee waiver. However, these members are requested to fill-up the conference registration form and send to the Organizing Secretary well in advance.
  2. Registered delegates are eligible to receive registration kit, Souvenir/ Book of Abstract, participation certificate and coupons for refreshment, lunches and dinners in addition to participation in the scientific and trade exhibits.
  3. Request regarding cancellation of registration will be accepted for refund till 31st October 2010 only.  After which only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded by cheque after settling the conference account. 
  4. Student delegates ought to submit a letter to that effect from their Head of the Department.
