Accommodation
With the effort to make you stay comfortable and economical, we have blocked limited accommodations against the category mentioned below along with the choice of hostel. Accommodation to the delegates will be provided on first cum basis on receipt of the registration form along with one day advance of the minimum tariff selected.  Deadline for accommodation booking is 15th October 10, 2010. Request for cancellation of accommodation booking will be accepted for refund till 30th October 2010 only.  After which only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded by cheque after settling the conference account.

Delegates are requested to make the bookings in advance as November is a busy month for marriages/ tourism/ conferences  in Lucknow. Deadline for accommodation booking is 4th October 2010. Hotel booking cancellation request must be sent in writing before 15th November 2010. All claims will be settled after the Conference is over.  Please settle all your payments before checking out from the hotels.

Local Transport

Local transport may be provided for pick-up and dropping of the delegates from the airports and railway stations in Lucknow. To avail this facility, the delegates are requested to communicate the travel itinerary to the Convener, Accommodation and Transport (sen_kum5@yahoo.co.in, +91-9621421055).
